Kitchen

• Clean the exterior of all the appliances. ( This includes the refrigerator, dishwasher and oven.)
• Clean the exterior of  countertops, cabinets and sink area.
•  Clean the interior and exterior of the microwave.

Bedroom(s)                    

• Dust all the furniture top to bottom.
• Clean all the mirrors.

Bathroom

• Clean all the mirrors.
• Clean the tub, sink and toilet area. 
• Clean the countertops, exterior of cabinets and drawers. 

Dining room & Living Room

• Dust all the furniture top to bottom. 
• Clean all the glass in the area.

All Areas

• Take out the trash and replace the bags. 
• Clean the windows
• Clean flooring accordingly throughout the residence.

• Clean all the mirrors and glass.

• Clean exterior of the countertops, cabinets and drawers.

Dining Room & Living Room

• Dust all the furniture from top to bottom.
• Clean all the glass and mirrors.

All Areas

• Tidy up in each room.
• Clean all door frames,  windows and window sills.
• Dust ceiling fans,vents, light fixtures and blinds.
• Spot clean  walls, door panels, door knobs and baseboards.
• Clean flooring throughout the residence accordingly while removing all rugs and cleaning underneath.
• Clean the interior and exterior of all windows allowable. 
• Take out trash, sanitize trash can and replace the bags. 

These packages include attention to detail while we make sure to get the residence back like you moved into it. Then there's always that rental deposit we aim to get back into your pockets. This package includes cleaning of high traffic areas both floor and all surfaces.  We include a detailed cleaning of unoccupied office spaces.

• Clean all the countertops, sinks and wipe down appliances in the breakroom.
• Refill the soap, paper towel and toilet paper dispensers.
• Sanitize all the door handles, light switches and highly touched areas.
• Vacuum all the mats and carpets.
• Clean the interior and exterior of the entrance windows plus doors.
• Clean the flooring accordingly throughout the building.
• Empty the trash cans and replace the bags. 
• Other duties can be added per clients requests.

This cleaning package includes taking care of the floor, glass, rooms plus other interior and exterior of the building. 

• Clean the countertops and backsplashes.
• Clean the exterior and interior of cabinets plus drawers.
• Clean the baseboards, vents and the walls.
• Clean the exterior and interior of all appliances. 
• Clean the glass and mirrors throughout the property.
• Clean the toilets, sinks, tubs and faucets.
• Clean the storage spaces and closets accordingly.
• Clean the flooring accordingly throughout the property.
• Clean the windows and the window sills.
• Dust the ceiling fans, blinds and other areas needed.
• Clean the lanai and  garage area. 
• Remove the trash and any remaining construction debris. 

We offer our assistance to get things cleaned and disinfected for you to allow time for the more important things on you or your loved ones special day. 

This package will include assistance with cleaning the venue getting it back to how it looked before your event. 

Who doesn't like a little extra attention? The options below are for those areas sometimes that are overlooked. No need to schedule with a "Standard Cleaning" rather than schedule on a day that works better for you. These options take usually 1-2hrs to complete.

 Thoroughly clean the exterior & interior of appliances. (Oven,  Fridge, Deep Freezer & Dishwasher)

Why not take something else off your plate for the weekends. We can pick up laundry and drop it back off.
